General Shipping Information
Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- During high volume periods, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email or telephone.
Shipping Methods & Costs
Standard Curbside Shipping:
- Delivery to Your Address: Your massage chair will be delivered to the address provided during checkout. Our shipping partner will coordinate the delivery schedule with you for a convenient drop-off time.
- Curbside Drop-Off & Signature Required: The delivery will be made to the curb or driveway of your specified address. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery.
- Assembly Required: Assembly is not included with standard curbside shipping. The chair will come with clear instructions and necessary tools for assembly. If you require assistance, additional assembly services are available for a fee. Please contact us for this option.
- Inspecting Your Delivery: Inspect the packaging for any signs of damage before signing for the delivery. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and notify us immediately.
White Glove Service:
- Liability Concerns: Our delivery agents cannot move furniture or personal items within your home or remove doors for delivery and assembly.
- Customer Responsibility: Ensure the delivery area is clear and accessible, with no obstructions such as furniture or narrow doorways.
- Basic Service Time: The standard White Glove Delivery fee covers 2-30 minutes, including delivery and assembly.
- Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply if the delivery and assembly exceed the basic service time. These charges will be billed separately.
- Redelivery/Attempt Fee: A fee may apply if the delivery team cannot complete the delivery due to accessibility issues or other obstacles.
Small Devices Shipping
For smaller items like handheld massagers and LED panels, we offer shipping through UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
International Shipping
Delays: International shipments may be delayed due to customs processing and other factors beyond our control. These delays do not qualify for refunds. We appreciate your understanding.
Duties and Taxes: Import duties and taxes may apply once the shipment reaches your country. IV RELIFE is not responsible for these charges; they are the customer’s responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Delivery Issues
Failed Delivery Attempts: If a scheduled delivery attempt fails due to an inaccessible location, insufficient space, or other obstacles, the customer will be responsible for any rescheduling costs.
Return Shipping Costs: If the product is found not to be defective, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
