STANDARD WARRANTY TERMS:

All IV Relife products comes with a ONE YEAR LIMITED MANUFACTURE WARRANTY. These warranty terms
are NON-TRANSFERABLE to the original end user/owner of the product provided by IV Relife Inc.

In addition, IV Relife is proud to offer our 3 -YEAR warranty package. For more information or to upgrade
your warranty status, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-552-0804 Monday through Friday between the
hours of 9:00AM and 4:00PM PST or email us at sales@iv-Relife.com.

All customers must register warranty after purchase under services tab.

WHAT IS COVERED
All warranty coverage begins on the date the consumer acquires official warranty service and are backed against defects in materials and workmanship.
To be eligible for the free replacement warranty, the product must be in possession of the original owner and have receipt or other valid proof of purchase.
• This warranty explicitly covers all part and framework of the chair.
 However, customer is responsible for all labor costs.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED
IV Relife does not grant or protect warranty
services regarding any loss or damage resulting from:
improper installation, unauthorized repairs, alterations or modifications of original condition, improper use, loss of power or power surges, failure to follow operating instructions, transportation damage,

or abuse/misuse, or environmental conditions (fire, floods, rust, corrosion, dirt, hail, earthquake, or exposure to weather conditions)

In addition:
• This warranty does not include any shipping expenses incurred.
• This warranty does not include normal wear and tear including Velcro/Zipper malfunction, or tears in any fabric covering by abuse/force.

The warranty shell does not apply if the product has been damaged physically, whether intentionally or due to accident or neglect resulting in stains, fluids, mold, water damage, animal damage, cuts, burns or is other-wise unsanitary, damage or soiled.

IV Relife LLC. Offers A 30 Day Return Policy For Massage Chairs Honored By Warranty. Warranty Registration Is Required For Any Exchanges Or Returns Of Any Items. Items Will Not Be Accepted For Exchange Without Proper Warranty Registration At Time Of Purchase. All Items Must Be Returned With Everything Included Upon Purchase As Well As Must Be In All Its Original Packaging. 30 Day Return Policy Requires Customers Are Responsible For: – $300 Flat Return Fee – Disassembly At Customer’s Discretion. – Product(S) Must Be Placed In Original Packaging And Condition. Any Damages Does Not Qualify For A Refund. – All Products Are Subject To A 30% Restocking Fee Of The Original Purchase Price.
